Shipping Policy

Domestic: We offer free express shipping on all domestic orders.

Purchases are shipped from our office in Jaipur, Rajasthan by courier. Please allow the following number of days as mentioned in receipt of your order.

Please note that we cannot offer an exchange or refund on any product on sale, or a product that has been opened and/or used. Faith Patience Beauty Online is not responsible for damage after delivery.

If you receive a damaged or missing product, your complaint will be accepted only if you have a proper unboxing/opening video.

Any complaint must be submitted within 48 hours of product delivery. It will be resolved within 48 hours after submission.

Do not share the delivery OTP with the delivery person if you are not collecting the order yourself. If the OTP is shared and the order is lost, the company will not be responsible.

If your order is returned to origin (RTO) for any reason, we will reship a new product within 1–2 weeks (prepaid orders only). Refunds will not be provided for RTO orders.

International Shipping Policy

Custom charges or any taxes applicable in the buyer’s country are the sole responsibility of the buyer and to be paid by the buyer only. If any shipments are returned due to any reasons then the re-shipping charges are to be paid for by the buyer only. No refunds will be made for any return shipments.
